Eligibility Requirements

• 17-24 years old
• Not currently in school
• Have not yet graduated from high school
• 17-20 year olds must reside within a partnering school district (call Natalie Whitlock at 503-286-9350, ext. 254 for more information)
• Low income
• Ability to legally work in the United States
• Ability to pass a placement exam in reading, writing, and math
