educational and career goals. Portland YouthBuilders (an
accredited high school) seeks dynamic and passionate individuals
to enhance the experience of our program participants.

Computer Tech Student Job Lead (open to PYB students only)
Computer Tech Student Job Lead
The computer technology job lead position targets students who show strong technology skills and the potential to lead others on the job site. The three main goals are: to provide support for the trainers in running a job site; to fine tune leadership skills, technology skills, and work ethic; to promote and reward participants who consistently strive to perform at a high level.
There will be two job leads per crew.
Requirements
1. Job leads must have completed three months of program
2. Job lead must be at or above phase requirements
3. Job leads must have demonstrated leadership skills
4. Job leads must have demonstrated technical aptitude
5. Job leads should show strong growth in leadership, and continue to grow in their technology and leadership skills
Responsibilities
1. Arrive at the work site at 7:45 and stay until 3:15
2. Take initiative to understand daily goals and help reach these goals
3. Carry out job tasks and take responsibility for quality of work performed
4. Help the trainers run the job site
5. Provide support to peers by answering questions and helping with with their work
6. Always behave in a professional manner
